Return and Refund Policy
General Policy
- Eligibility: All non-customized items purchased from [Vaslcare] may be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Timeframe: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
- Insurance: For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned
Return Process

- Return Authorization: We will provide a return authorization number and instructions for packaging and shipping.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return

Exclusions

- Hazardous Substances: We will not accept delivery of any equipment that contains or is contaminated with hazardous substances.
- Damaged or Contaminated Items: Items that are damaged or contaminated upon return may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Claim Window: Any claims for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery must be made within ten 10 working days.
